Comics Infinity Subscriptions
Signing up for a subscription is the best way to make sure you'll get all the issues in your favorite series at a great discount!
By getting a subscription through Comics Infinity, you'll save 20% off the cover price on your favorite new comics, and
you won't have to worry about remembering to order each new issue. We'll handle it all for you! Start by adding
titles to your pull list and selecting your subscription options by following this link. The form contains some
important info that will help you let us know what sort of subscription program you're interested in.
Billing and Payment Info
We can accept payment for subscriptions by Visa or Mastercard. On your Subscription Account page, you can update
your credit card information at any time. We will use the billing and shipping addresses you have listed in your My Account page.
You can update those by going to My Account.
When it's time for a new batch of comics to be processed for you, you will receive an e-mail from our
subscriptions department with information about what's coming to you.
Shipping and Insurance
You can select to have us ship to you Weekly or Monthly. If we ship to you Weekly, you will be billed for
and shipped your new comics as soon as they are released (we get our new shipments here each Wednesday). If we ship to you Monthly,
we will hold everything for you throughout the month and ship it all in one batch once a month (usually the last week of the month.
If you are getting only one comic, it might be best to get a Weekly subscription. If you have a lot of series, though, you can
save money on shipping by having a Monthly account.
Shipping charges are based on the number of comics you are receiving and the overall weight of the package.
Typically shipping for 15 comics or less within the US will be $5, up to 30 comics is $7, up to 50 comics is $9, and so on. If you
are outside the US, your comics will ship to you by the appropriate airmail method.
Your shipping charge includes our insurance for your shipment. We will be happy to replace damaged comics if you
need to file an insurance claim, or we will refund the amount of the damaged items if we are unable to replace them.
Pull List
You can keep track of your subscription pull list on your Subscription Account page. When you add a
series, we will begin pulling that comic for you starting with the next issue released. When you remove a series, you will still
be billed for and receive any comics we already have in hand for you (for example, if you are on the Monthly plan and have comics
already waiting in the current month), but we will not pull any further comics in that series for you in the future.
